Is it possible to solve the payment problem in intellectmani by changing the code in the link?

I order goods using this link:

After placing an order and clicking the "Proceed to payment" button, a long link opens to https://merchant.intellectmoney.ru/ru/index.php?... with request parameters and error descriptions.
Can you suggest how to change this link so that the payment goes through? Or is it only the admins of the online store and / or payment system that can solve the problem?
