I ask for help in this matter:
For the sales department, we are looking for an analytics system that could highlight missed calls and upload them in a convenient format. It is desirable with the possibility of checking whether the manager called back on a missed call.
For most SIP providers, this can only be tracked through the duration of calls and then compare the list of outgoing and incoming calls with a short duration.
I ask you to suggest ready-made systems (I would like to code myself as a last resort). Maybe some provider has such functionality or there are CRM systems that connect to the provider via API.

Thanks for answers! Found a similar solution to the question, maybe it will be useful to someone.
I used to use it for nothing, and there the virtual PBX is in an extremely infancy. While understanding this issue, I gradually realized that it makes no sense to connect expensive CRMs, because a good cloud-based ATS can handle it easily. At first I looked at telphin, there the PBX itself is free, but the calls are quite highly priced. And then I found uiscom, there is a subscriber behind the PBX, but the functionality is amazing. We will launch soon, see how it goes.
