Routing in centos. How to setup?

There are 3 network cards.
eth0 inet addr:10.193.**.*** Bcast:10.193.**.*** Mask:255.255.255.*** - looks at the VoIP provider
eth1 inet addr:192.168.1.250 Bcast:192.168.1.255 Mask:255.255.255.0 - see the local network of eth2 IP phones
inet addr:192.168.0.191 Bcast:192.168.0.2 Mask:255.255.255.0 -
there is a route-eth0 file in the Internet for rare updates, package installations, etc. 10.193.**.*** 255.255.255.*** via 10.193.**.***
if you add one more route-eth2 192.168.0.191/24 via 192.168.0.2
then the connection with the IP telephony provider drops

for Bcast:192.168.0.2 - a typo or is it worth it?
