Yahoo! Search Marketing merged with MSN. Now it's adcenter.microsoft.com/
According to my personal impression, MSN Adcenter is more complicated and heavier than adwords, but also a good niche. From the obvious: plus - the prices for clicks on similar adwords keywords are cheaper in msn, minus - the audience is much smaller.
