How to check costs in Direct and AdWords advertising systems?

Hello. I ordered ppc services from a marketing agency.
I gave 1500$, 300$ agency commission 1200$ per context for 700 USD on Adwords, 400 USD Direct.
And they sent an act for 475 USD, in general I can’t figure it out.
