An analogue of the Yandex Mail service for a domain?

Yandex.Mail for domain

Tell me, is there an analogue of Yandex traffic rules with api that allows you to work as an ns-registrar and manage DNS records? Possibly paid.
Because in the near future, PDD will be completely blown away in favor of Connect and all domains will be transferred forcibly to Connect, where there is no api functionality similar to pdd and is not planned.
