There is a mail like [email protected]_site.ru, made through the Yandex.Mail for Domain system back in 2012.

Now we want to sell the domain to another owner. Will we keep our mail or the new owner can delete it.

Depending on what you mean by mail. You will keep your mailboxes and mail archive, but it is better to add some new domain in advance and make it the main one. The new domain administrator will have control over the old domain, so who will receive fresh mail for this domain will be determined by him.
