Why do not emails reach corporate mailboxes from contact form 7?

Hello! There is a site on wordpress with the contact form 7 plugin installed and there are corporate mailboxes on Yandex like [email protected] So, if you specify any mailbox in the settings for receiving letters (including a personal one on Yandex), then all letters from the form reach without problems, but as soon as you specify the corporate one(s), the letters do not reach, including spam folder.
Why is this and how can it be fixed?

spf and dkim are registered?

Look at the logs on the hosting.
Perhaps the settings of incoming mail servers are not correct, check on the host or simply send a letter to corporate mail from another mailbox.
If not, then it's most likely a plugin issue.
