How to permanently transfer mail from Exchange to Yandex?

For one department, a CRM system is connected (which processes incoming mail, in short, an online store). CRM developers immediately said that their system does not work with the Exchange server, but since our corporate mail is located on it, we considered the option with Yandex.mail. The solution is this: using ImapSync, mail from our server will be dragged to the Yandex server every 5 minutes. Maybe there are options or a more elegant solution?
