American university lectures

Good afternoon, colleagues.
My friend showed me lectures from Stanford that he downloaded from iTunes. It seemed to me very interesting, at the same time you can practice your English. Hence the question, where can I download such lectures in the absence of a device? I would not want a friend to constantly pull requests to download lectures.
Can you access iTunes content without a device? Although I doubt it.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

And you try :) Download iTunes, register an account ( there is no need for an i-device for this ), look in the iTunes U section for the materials you are interested in, download and look at your health.

I stupidly listened to MIT lectures on the theory of algorithms by Leiserson Himself on youtube. I think you can find another one there.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
