In America there is no normal correspondence for case studies.
In Europe there is correspondence, but you need to attend a university 2 times a week and on weekends.
Education does not affect a work visa, the main thing is that you have a job and have a paper from the office that you are simply "deadly necessary" for them. A work visa can be issued even with 1 incomplete year of study. Now it is very popular to apply for J1 visas, maybe this is what you need.
