Amendments 13.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. How is it now legally correct to write “privacy policy” under the application form?
Since July 1, amendments have been made that tighten measures to the user agreement on the site and now the user must give explicit consent to the processing of his data, otherwise the site owner will receive a fine. Correct me if I'm wrong.
It used to be like this. If the site has an application form, then it was enough to add a link to the privacy policy under it or at the bottom of the site.
Now. If I understood correctly, something should be written under each (!) Application form in the style of “ I agree to the processing of personal data " Or " I agree with the user agreement " Or "by leaving the application you consent to the processing of personal data ".
Questionexactly what wording should be under the application form and should it be under each form? Do I need a check mark next to this inscription in this case?
A lot has been written about this, but nowhere did I find a specific solution and an unambiguous answer - write like this and everything will be according to the law.

There must be a single consent of the subject to the processing of PD.
Search for details. There is a topic here.
