How to prove non-provision of service for PayPal?

I quarreled with the proxy hoster, the hoster terminated my service package, but did not return the payment. Since the payment there is several hundred dollars - I would like to return it. I wrote a claim to PayPal - they refused, explaining that this is my word against the word of the hoster and I cannot provide any evidence that the service is not provided (screenshot is not proof).
They also refuse the option of their access to their personal account.
Hence the question: How can I prove that I do not receive the service for which I paid?
modify1: Of course, I asked PayPal what evidence I should provide, to which they answered that in the case of parcels, etc. physical. goods have mail tracking, there is police, there is an examination of authenticity. But for virtual services, they cannot advise anything of the kind.

Sometimes if there are no options to peacefully resolve the issue, you can write a couple of other reviews about the hoster on special sites, preferably where this host is advertised. And then perhaps the hoster will contact you and try to resolve everything mutually

As a participant in a similar dispute on the other hand, I can say that in 99% of cases PayPal took the side of the buyer. I don't even know why you were rejected. Perhaps the truth is in the passport, as noted above. For example, we do not enter into disputes with PayPal, even if the client himself is to blame, or he used the service for the entire period, and 1 day before the end he stupidly sends a claim to PP, they say there was nothing. For the seller, such claims are more expensive (reputation, PP fines, etc.) I'm surprised, to be honest, that everything turns out the other way around for you. Try to raise more wave, it might help.

The hosting provider is not an idiot. He risks being excommunicated from Paypel.
You could quarrel with someone from the grassroots.
Get to the guide.
PS:
This is if the hoster is not bankrupt and not a scammer.

You almost answered your own question. Paypal can't help. It is better to negotiate peacefully with the hosting provider.

1. Why did you quarrel with a proxy host?
2. It is possible that the reason for the refusal of PP is in the word: "proxy"
3. Not providing services (number of days): [first date of filing a claim with PP] - ([date of payment (invoice)] + [duration of ordered services from due date])
4. Call PP and demand adequate arbitration.
