What are the legal obligations when storing images?

Hello. There is a service with user registration and the ability to upload and publish images, which raises a number of legal issues.
1. What will be the consequences for the site owner if users publish any prohibited materials (suicide methods, drug sales, child pornography)?
2. I suspect that I will definitely have to follow up on image complaints, what is the procedure for their consideration? Deadlines, required methods of contact, etc.
3. What is the procedure for handling complaints of copyright infringement?

As I understand it, if the content is generated by users, then the site owner is an information intermediary and is not responsible if he considers complaints in a timely manner (according to Article 1253.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). Although it specifically refers to intellectual property rights, what about point 1?

Thanks in advance. I found similar questions here, but without much specifics, if I missed something, I would be grateful for the links

On complaints - delete, ILV - better in one working day (there seemed to be up to 3), they are by email. letter to the site. How to consider the rest - you decide for yourself how ready you are to immerse yourself in the author-not the author, this is a separate topic and few people pull.
Make a license agreement, where to describe the thresholds of liability.
Moderate whenever possible for toxicity.
The court in Ufa will block the URL on your site, you may find out from the letter from the RKN.
And the court in Syktyvkar will block your entire site, because, on VKontakte, they still know, but your file washer is not. You will also know.
they don’t block vkontakte for scenes with children, explicit porn, cruelty, etc. but you are not in contact.
how about a constitutional amendment that all are equal before the law. and well, yes, this is already there, can I insert one more for those who do not understand ???
Sue the courts. Appeal.
The general advice is this: delete toxic materials, leave the logs for law enforcement if anything.
