AMD or Intel PC assembly for designer?

I'm building a PC and have a few questions.
But first, the purpose of the PC is work + watching videos:
Work is graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, image manipulation programs), web surfing, watching videos. I'm not going to play top games on it.
Question - AMD or Intel? To get into the budget (up to $ 1000), I think to choose AMD, you also need 2 monitors. Here's what happened:

  1. Proc - AMD Ryzen 5 1400
  2. Mother - MSI B450-A PRO
  3. Video - MSI Radeon RX 550 AERO ITX 4G OC
  4. Railway - WD Blue WD10EZEX
  5. Operative - DDR4 2666 MHz HyperX Fury Black
  6. Case - BitFenix Shadow Black

Haven't decided on a monitor yet.
If there are any suggestions / amendments, I will be glad to hear. Thank you.

@mindtester

this is a tricky question. in particular, from my own experience, for any purpose, I will always recommend Intel only (or Intel + NVidia for GPU tasks)
because AMD has an order of magnitude more problems with firewood / software, and not rarely with the hardware itself

$1000 for a designer (even amateur) computer with 2 graphic monitors is, unfortunately, very little. Just monitors without a system unit will pull this amount, and even then, if you choose an economy brand like Benq. I think it makes sense to abandon the second monitor for now, it can be easily purchased later.
As for the iron, the thoughts are as follows:
1. If possible, the percentage is still Intel, but this is not critical.
2. Memory at least 16 GB, no less.
3. Required SSD, it's even more important than the processor.
