Strange computer behavior when working with 2 monitors?

Essence of the question:
After 3-5 minutes of the game, the monitor that is connected to the dvi-d port stops working. When I minimize the game, the image appears back. Or white noise may pop up, and restarting the PC helps.

Video card: amd rx 570 4gb
And two monitors are connected via VGA adapters, via dvi-d and hdmi ports.
Both monitors work just fine.
The amd drivers show that both monitors work via hdmi. What could be the problem, and how to fix it?
