For what tasks is this computer suitable?

https://www.dns-shop.ru/custompc/configuration/eea...

I want to buy a budget computer for work, as a spare PC in case of problems with the main one, etc.
The problem is that the main laptop is heavily loaded with different programs (periodically up to 80% of the RAM goes somewhere, Vmmem devours 4 GB, a whole cloud of programs is installed in addition to python games, vs code, visual studio, docker, 4 browsers, WSL, cygwin, code blocks, vcpkg, jetbrains 3pcs, anaconda3 (which does not want to start), blender, jdk, mongodb, zeal, PyCharm, STM32ide, gcc, VLC media player, Vulkan SDK, etc.), in general, the question is which of these will start and it will be acceptable to work on such a configuration, is it worth spending that kind of money and what to install Windows 10 or Ubuntu (it is assumed that the additional computer will go via Lan to the main one and vice versa to store the sources)?
ps Raspbury share do not offer. I make programs for myself and not big ones,

Xs, I would not collect on the A8 considering that now there is a ryzen. For example, the same amd athlon 200ge at the same price is 25% more powerful, and the graphics are 50+%. Or take a more expensive ryzen 3 2200g if it has not been sold out yet. It is +-100% more powerful. You can save on the power supply, 700W is a lot for such an assembly, this will even pull 350W. Take better at 500W. At the expense of what tasks it will go for, it’s probably better to look at the tests on YouTube. Prots should pull all not super complex programs. Complex types of 3D graphics in uniform and in games, it will be more difficult here. But for example in games: GTA 5 medium-high - 40fps, Fortnite - 60fps, Battlefield 1 - 35fps. Of all the programs you described that I know of, everything should work fine, especially text editors and ide.
Here is a link to compare with athlon 200ge:https://youtu.be/g3_1ZcmzrB8

Such a bottom is not even enough for classmates. But with the aircool power supplies you won’t even get to them - but look at a solid fireworks! I only recommend not to turn it on until the new year.

It will be noisy - it is better to take a 4-pin cooler on the processor.
BP - many people say that aerocules are like that. I myself have no idea, I would take myself with less power and more reliable. Something from FSP, for example.
The processor will most likely pull everything that you require from it, but it’s better to really take a full-fledged ryzen with a graphics core.
