Will RAM run at a frequency higher than the CPU's system bus frequency?

Hello.
I am planning to increase the amount of RAM in my desktop computer.
At the moment, I have 4GB of DDR3 1.5V 1333Hz RAM (2 sticks of 2GB each), which were purchased 6 years ago.
I plan to add another 8GB of DDR3 RAM, 1600MHz (2 sticks of 4GB each).
I admit the possibility of completely removing the original 2 bars of 2GB each, since 8GB is enough for me. My motherboard data
sheet (GA-EP45T-UD3LR Rev 1.3) says "4 x DDR3 DIMM sockets for 1.5V RAM modules up to 16 GB", "Processor: 1600/1333/1066/800 MHz FSB ". System bus frequency
my CPU (Intel Q8300): " 1333 MHz ".
Question: Will the 1600MHz RAM sticks I plan to buy work in my system at 1333MHz?
PS I'm planning to buy 1600MHz RAM, because in the future I might be able to overclock my CPU's system bus to 1600MHz. Although I have never done this before.

Question: Will the new (planned for purchase) RAM sticks (with a frequency of 1600MHz) work in my system at a frequency of 1333 MHz?

Most likely they will work at a frequency of 1333 MHz.
There is one more nuance - DDR3 memory comes with chips only on one side of the bar and on both sides. If your current sticks (2 GB each) have chips on one side, then sticks with double-sided chip fit may not work. I got caught on this, the motherboard does not support them :(
