What kind of PC can be profitably leased remotely?

Good day to all, I want to start renting a PC, in what direction should I move? There is a cache on the computer, but where is it better to focus? Per cent? Vidyuhu? RAM? Screw? Who will advise what, and even if you buy everything, then where to go then, I didn’t really find price lists or a normal calculator ?!
P.s. all good and big size
