Why does Windows incorrectly display used disk space?

For some reason, Windows shows that 55 GB is written on the disk.
However, if you look at the amount of data in the windirstat program, then there are + - 49 GB. And if you manually look at the entire volume (including hidden folders), you get about the same amount.
Maybe all the same windows hides some folders from me? Or is it just the disk itself fooling?

Most likely, you did not uncheck "hide protected system files",
after that you will see the hibernation and swap files in the root of the disk.
