The temperature in idle is 45-55, in games it reaches 70-75.
There is no dust inside, the thermal paste is smeared with a thin layer.
Cooler DeepCool Beta 10, maybe there is a lack of cooling? Although before that everything worked fine, without interruptions.

The fan is the same. I would change to another, at least with a copper heel.
Replace the cooler, put an additional hood on the system unit.
