Am I understanding the GPL license correctly?

Hello dear community.

I'm currently working on a small pet project in natural language processing.
My program can work with several dictionaries that are published under different licenses (GPL and CC).
Dictionaries are presented in the form of data dumps, so there is not a single line in the program code directly that would be protected by these licenses.
Do I understand correctly that if I do not distribute the dictionaries directly with the program, then I can distribute it myself under any other license (Apache or MIT is closer to me)?

@AStek

It is possible to lay out together with GPL dictionaries under Apache or MIT. Apache and MIT are GPL compatible. CC is not one specific license, but a set of different licenses, but no matter which one is used there, most likely there should not be any problems.
