Always wrong username or password when connecting to Dedicator, how to fix it?

The point is this. When I try to connect to the Dedik from my PC, it shows the error "Invalid username or password". But the fact is that it is correct, because when you connect from another device (from a smartphone), the password is correct, everything enters.
Login and password just like I didn’t enter, with and without a domain, password by hand, or copy-paste.

If there is a domain, then only with the domain and enter. There are two options:
  • domain\user
  • [email protected]

if deprecated with a slash, then note that the slash must be a backslash ( \ , not a forward slash / ).
Although it is not known what OC you have on your PC, maybe Linux, there in the Remmina client the domain is typed in a separate input field, in some RDP clients on Android too.
Well, the most important advice is to log in as it comes (from a smartphone) and watch the logs on the server, usually the reason becomes clear from them.

What does the server log say? if the password is not correct, then the conclusion is obvious.
