Why doesn't remote connection work NOT through port 3389?
In general, there is a home standard router TL-WR741ND
"N Series Wireless Router, up to 150Mbps
Model No. TL-WR741N / TL-WR741ND"
And two computers of a similar config and both under Windows Server 2012 latest.
I configured one as it should - I assigned a static IP internal 192.168.1.110 for the MAC of the 1st computer and assigned port 3389 for it in the "Forwarding - Virtual Servers" section, as in the instructions. In security permissions removed for both computers cut down.
I do exactly the same with the second computer on the IP is already different, that is, for the MAC of the 2nd computer, give 192.168.1.111. Port 3390. I'm trying to connect from the external network: 123.112.144.32:3390 - nothing. Thus the first computer on 123.112.144.32:3389 responds.
Both computers respond when accessed from the network to internal addresses. That is, I can manage the second one through 192.168.1.111.
I tried to start up the first computer through port 3390 - it does not want to.
How can I get the second computer to work?

The port you are forwarding to and the port you are forwarding to may be different. Try specifying 3389 as the destination port in the port forwarding rule.
And the gateway on the second server is specified on a router?
