Alternative to Dallas-Lock for 64-bit systems?

On a computer in an organization that plans to become a PD operator, Windows 7 64 bit is installed.
The Dallas-lock system is not installed on it (since the latest version of the 7.7 lock only supports 32-bit Windows). The developers promise to add 64-bit support only after the New Year.
It is necessary to prepare the operator's workplace.
To do this, we put a VIP-no and something instead of Dallas-lock.
How to be? Should I downgrade Windows to 32 bits, or can I use something else instead of Dallas-lock for this?
