Is it possible to legally install Win7 on a laptop with initial Win8?

Good afternoon!
There is an old laptop Acer ASPIRE V3-112P-C451 (Intel Celeron N2840, RAM 4 GB, Windows 8 64).
I upgraded to windows 10 and it became impossible to use it.
Upgrading HDD->SSD is not approved.

Will the license key (and I don't know where the key is at all) pick up if I install Win7?
I do not want to pirate Windu, tk. I want to cross the border with him and I don’t want problems (albeit unlikely, but still).
I did not find any license stickers on the bottom. Does this mean anything (that there is no license in general) or are stickers not required?

@Drno

The license is tied to a specific OS at the time of sale.
So Vin7 (if it was not from the store) - buy a face key, perhaps ...
At the border, everyone doesn’t care *** what kind of Windows you have there and how you activated it
Ideal variant - ssd + win7

Legal installation of Windows 7 on a laptop with initial Windows 8 is possible. This is called a downgrade . To use this right on the OEM channel, you must have Windows 8 Pro preinstalled by the manufacturer . In your case, judging by the lack of a sticker, you just have Windows 8, but most likely Windows 8 SL. You can check the presence of a wired product key:

wmic path softwarelicensingservice get oa3xoriginalproductkey

At the same time, where to get the distribution kit and the activation key for the most part are your problems. Microsoft suggests that you can request a distribution kit and a key from the hardware manufacturer or use an existing legally obtained kit, and if there is none, buy it.
PS In your case, the only correct way is to upgrade HDD→SSD.
