ESI U22 XT driver freezes tightly, I have to restart, how to fix it?

I bought an ESI U22 XT sound card, installed the drivers, everything seems to be correct, but when I play online games with voice chat support, the driver hangs tightly. Tried to reinstall (driver) - does not help. Maybe someone knows how to fix it?
OS Windows 10.
I would be grateful.

try plugging it into a different USB port. If there was boo, maybe overheating? Has it ever worked well for you?
