Windows downloaded the update, less than 100 MB left, what should I do?

Windows 10 Home has downloaded an update. Less than 100 MB left on disk. The update cannot be installed.
How to delete downloaded files?
Update:
Start > Disk Cleanup doesn't find anything big, even with admin rights.
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download several tens of megabytes.
ESD is not.
$WINDOWS.~BT several tens of megabytes.

Delete the hiberfil.sys and pagefile.sys files by disabling hibernation and removing the page file. Usually they are located in the root directory of the system drive.

Clean temp folders
C:\Windows\Temp
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp
And browser cache. Clips from social networks are cached and occupy decently.
In general, you can climb the profile folder and see the size.
It is more convenient with Far'om than with an explorer. Look in the "Downloads" folder and others.
If the profile takes up several GB, this is a reason to think.
