Delete files from the directory C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download Updates are downloaded there
Delete the hiberfil.sys and pagefile.sys files by disabling hibernation and removing the page file. Usually they are located in the root directory of the system drive.
Clean temp folders
C:\Windows\Temp
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp
And browser cache. Clips from social networks are cached and occupy decently.

It is more convenient with Far'om than with an explorer. Look in the "Downloads" folder and others.
