How to parse Wifi password?

Good day!
I asked myself the question of creating a program that will take the wifi password from the laptop and send it to the mail. Everything seemed pretty easy, but I ran into the fact that I don’t even know where these passwords are stored. Is it possible to write a program in C# (priority, but essentially all the same) that will parse the password? Or at least tell me where to find it.
