What do you think is the closest alternative for the .com zone to a SAAS site - .cm, .co, .ws?

PS: .net, .org and .biz are not offered, they are busy and the owners do not want to part with them.

Recently, I don’t know for what reasons, I like domains in the .me zone
. I don’t know your service. But if SAAS is private-oriented and allows you to use a verb in the domain name, then it can turn out beautifully. like help.me / write.me / docfor.me

US is not bad and not busy) I would use such criteria when searching:
1 sounds good (better without double vowels and consonants, if generalized)
2 a meaningful phrase / abbreviation is obtained (cackle.me letit.be),
3 a semantic shade is added (bit. ly art.sy)
4 letters from the domain are included in the name (cc is busy, lc doesn't sound very good and expensive)
5 letters from the domain can be perceived as an abbreviation from your area (wanted.vc - vc as venture capital)
