All animations are jerky in Ubuntu 11.10
Hello.
I just installed a new ubuntu, but problems with displaying the animation started. Mostly stuck on opening windows and changing Workspace. Sometimes Unity slows down.
Put the recommended driver from Additional drivers, nothing improved. I tried to install different drivers from there - the same story.
I even tried installing the nvidia-current package from , then I ran nvidia-xconfig, nothing after a reboot.
Any ideas how to fix? Video card GeForce 7025 / nForce 630a (integrated).
UPD. Unity just died, and immediately after that, the braking disappeared.

Try running glxgears and see how many fps it gives.
If not enough, then the problem is either in the driver or in the video card.
If it's normal, then it's probably a bug in unity.
