After rejecting an app on Google Play, create a new one or roll out an update?

The application was rejected due to the fact that there were permissions to read SMS. Now fixed, the application does not ask for permission. Can I roll out the update and they will check it, or do I need to create a new application in the console and pour it there?

Of course, just update. For a new one, both can fly. :)
