How to get money back from google play market?
I bought the full version of the program, the name of which I will not disclose, because. I don't want to do extra advertising. The cost of the program is small - 180 rubles. When buying, I received an SMS that the money was debited from my Beeline account. I've paid for this multiple times and it's been great. However, this time, the full version of the program was not received. Immediately contacted the author and in support of Google play. The author was silent, and the support replied that the purchase was canceled (although I did not cancel it) and said to wait for the return not within 15 minutes or 48 hours, as they say on the sites, but within 14 days!
After 14 days, the money did not come. The author replied that he could not do anything, at least some code was needed, but there was no code. Even in the order list of the Play market there is no information about the purchase. Beeline replied that they were great, they sent the money and if they had returned it, they would have immediately credited it to the account. Google play support replied that the money was returned immediately back through the same channel, but for some reason you have to wait for 30 days already! Questions to contact management or security were refused.
30 days later the money still hasn't arrived. Google play support now says to wait 60 days. In the modern world of electronic payments, this is a ridiculous term. Contact with management or security is denied, as is the full version of the program.
It seems to me that the calculation is that after 60 days, they will say to wait 180 days and this will continue indefinitely. Very similar to the behavior of sellers from aliexpress when they try to cheat.
Maybe someone knows the contacts of the Google play management? They are very well fenced off from the world, even support does not have a public email!
PS: Please do not suggest contacting the police. Although there are all signs of fraud on the face, no one will mess with such a trifle, at best there will be an unsubscribe.
PPS: The point here is not a penny sum or principle, but the fact that, as it seems to me, the situation is frequent, but there are no solutions. And just like that, little by little, given the volume of Google, the money is deposited in huge quantities, I don’t understand where.
