To find the version for your computer, contact the app's publisher. The fact is that I do not launch any application, but it simply appears by itself every time. Unfortunately, I do not have restore points on my computer to do a system restore. When it pops up, I can't close that window and the desktop becomes inaccessible. How can I solve this problem?
