How to cure periodic computer freezes for half a minute?

Computer configuration:
Processor: AMD FX-8350
Mother: ASRock Extreme 3 990FX
RAM: 2x4GB Kingston HyperX Genesis 1866MHz.
The system is on SSD PLEXTOR PX-128M5Pro
The computer randomly freezes for about half a minute without heavy loads, then sagging at a fast pace reacts to everything that I managed to push. In games, such freezes have not yet been observed, only while I'm getting along in the browser or explorer. what can cause such hangs? I had problems with the motherboard, one of the RAM connectors failed there and I moved the bar to another connector, but there were problems before that.

And what does the ram checker (for example, from the Hirens kit) say? Are there any abnormal delays? It sounds like it adds to the buffer and then drives everything that was pressed ... Also, try to boot from the same Hirens in Windows pe and see the same problem? Have you tried reinstalling Windows? On a physically different drive?

To begin with, check the entire system and all files for viruses, moreover, make it a portable antivirus, or better, different ones.
Then try to monitor and test the hardware, look externally inside the system unit, clean the dust, maybe something is overheating.
If it's not a pity, you can reinstall the system, if nothing helps. And so to fight, clean and fix the system registry, check system files, clean caches and temp files. Delete the excess.
