After changing the processor, the computer sometimes freezes, how to find out the reason?

Recently bought a used processor. There was a problem with bsods, but the bios update solved them. But now it freezes sometimes.
Just the sound and the picture freezes, does not react to anything, only a reboot helps. This happens in random moments, and not often, a maximum of 1-2 times a day, the computer works all day. I checked and it doesn't seem to be overheating.
Is there any way to find out why it hangs? In the stability log, it simply writes that windows has not been completed properly, apparently due to the fact that I restart it from the button.

Check load with MSI afterburner.
Try lowering the mother bus frequencies or the processor multiplier
