Unable to raise TDP on the processor after reinstalling windows?

Good day, I used to always use 3 programs (Ryzen Controller, reyzen adj, AATU) to raise TDP and thereby increase the performance of my laptop, I have a ryzen 5 2500u, and all the settings were successfully applied, now after reinstalling windows, the programs run everywhere it says that the settings applied but in fact nothing changes on the charts. How can this be fixed?
