How can I find out information about the processors of a Debian system?

In general. I look in my htop: I see 32 cores.

And in fact: there should be 2 processors with 32 cores.

I started rummaging, I see in cat /proc/cpuinfo:

processor : 0
processor : 1
processor : 2
....
processor : 31

Processor: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2665 0 @ 2.40GHz

And I have vague doubts : Does the 2nd processor work? (Maybe it was stolen?) Actually: how do I find out: what does it cost in fact (2 pieces) and work? Or If it costs but does not work - where to look?

xeon-e5-2665 8 cores 16 threads per stone
and if there are two processors, then we have 32 threads
