How can I determine the load of the Central Processor and memory? For example, in the Windows Task Manager, you can see how much the processor and RAM are loaded. I did not find in MSDN how to define such information. I would like to write a program either in C++ or C#.

Dig around here if you need accuracy. True, I don’t know if the userspace measures the load of the CPU or the core there.
