Is short spikes in CPU temperature normal?

At idle, the processor temperature graph shows the following picture:

This is an interval of 20 minutes, I have a question about sudden and short temperature jumps up to 50-60 C, is this normal?
The i9 9900K processor did not overclock, the cooling is excellent.

60 degrees is not much at all, there is no reason to be nervous.
If you look closely, you can see that most of the time the processor is idle, but at peaks it is loaded to the fullest. And the temperature increase coincides with the appearance of the load ...
