Hello, please tell me:
I made a video, quite long (27 minutes continuously).
I watch with any player (for example, VLC) everything is ok.
I open it in Adobe Premier - in the first seconds of the norm, then the sound and video are out of sync. And only in the last seconds of the episode, the sound meets the video track again, without desynchronization. (That is, if there was a shift, then it’s understandable, but here the audio and video tracks are the same length and the out of sync goes somehow non-standard, I never encountered it).
What can be done? Google leads only to discussions of the usual shift.

Source video with variable frame rate?
It is checked through mediainfo, in text output.
Variable:

Frame rate mode : Variable
Frame rate : 23.512 FPS
Minimum frame rate : 2.645 FPS
Maximum frame rate : 30.010 FPS

Constant:

Frame rate mode : Constant
Frame rate : 30.000 FPS

In any case, the problem will most likely be solved by converting the source code through the same handbrake. To maintain quality, select the "production max" or "production standard" preset.
