How to enable graphics card in Adobe Premiere Pro preview?

Hello.
I have an ancient config for [email protected] and RX588 from gigabyte, 16gb ddr3. On the preview, even in 1/4 the video lags very much and, judging by taskmgr, the CPU load reaches 95%. Are there any ways to use the video card for previewing?
