Adobe Photoshop: Is it possible to remove the auto-adding of the word "copy" in the image name after it has been processed and saved?

Adobe Photoshop CS6.
-open a photo called "Eiffel Tower";
- I process;
-save; "Eiffel Tower copy" is automatically saved.
How can I make it just overwrite the old name without manually editing it?
