How to draw/generate rusty smudges?

Spring is coming and it's time to build a cramp, learn how to make the most realistic rusty smudges so that you can print them on film in high resolution. Do you have ready-made plugins/patterns? The end result will be something like this, but it will be film on a new machine

You do not need to glue stickers, but hire an artist.

Here is an example of what I want. The color of the car will be preserved, but I want to draw smudges under the handles, under the lock cylinders, etc.

You can draw the whole thing manually in Illustrator.
If you find good pictures with rust, draw on them. There will be a vector and everything.
UPD: If it is permissible to use a mesh, then in general there will be norms.
