Accounting for computers and office equipment in the company. Service (preferably) or application

Good evening everyone!

What for?
We have 5 offices, 45-50 people, the same number of computers + printers, routers, and other pieces of iron.
All this is supervised by 2 employees.
All this, of course, needs to be somehow inventoryed and taken into account.
My urgent requests for this did not really lead to anything.
Yes, a file is maintained in Google docs with a list of hardware, nothing more. They are too lazy to even make stickers with inventory numbers.
And I want order.

What am I looking for?
An online service on this topic, you can have an engine, a script for installation on a server; worse network application. Worse, because almost everyone has Windows, and I, for example, have a poppy. If the application, then you need either a web interface, or a version of the client for the poppy as well.

I do not need to scan the network and automatically inventory the equipment, there are many such programs. Moreover, in addition to computers, there is other hardware.
I need an extended "excel substitute".
Maintaining a register of equipment with various parameters, it is possible to maintain a log of repair, replacement, maintenance.
It is desirable to form and print inventory numbers, so that later you can stick them clearly where :-)
Simple tasks.

I understand that if you write a web application yourself, it will not take so much time. Roughly speaking frontend to a DB. You can also implement some CMS, it's also understandable.
But your bike ... why. Maybe there are already similar solutions! Yes, for sure there is. Is this just what I need. I also seriously doubt that I came up with an “idea for a startup”.

I'd be grateful for tips! Searched the internet, didn't find anything.
Thank you.

GLPI is an option for you : " GLPI is the Information Resource-Manager with an additional Administration- Interface. You can use it to build up a database with an inventory for your company (computer, software, printers...). It has enhanced functions to make the daily life for the administrators easier, like a job-tracking-system with mail-notification and methods to build a database with basic information about your network-topology. " There are reports, and tables, and queries.

I propose to try the software "Accounting for office equipment in an organization in a WEB browser".

Let me first clarify what "urgent requests" means?
Are these 2 people (those who deal with iron) your direct reports or not? If these are your Subordinates , then what kind of arguments are “too lazy to make stickers with inventory numbers”? A written order to conduct an inventory and the signature of these two employees that they are familiar with this order to conduct an inventory!

Inventory - go through all the PCs, run aida64 (former aida32 / everest)
collect all the reports in a pile on the soap.
Of the options - a bunch of scripts on the powershell, which you can finish for yourself to issue only the main necessary parameters, almost at the start of Windows in the GPO.
there is also a servicedesk, but this is a paid ticket system

There is a very good specialized solution on the 1C platform.
It has everything that is described in the request:
- computer accounting
- inventory
- bundling
- label printing
- access both through the web and through the application
- a huge plus is the ability to refine the system "for yourself"
- ... (and indeed, there is everything related to the accounting of computers and the work of any IT specialist).

We posted an article describing the work of inventory control in our configuration: Shoemaker without boots, or equipment inventory in the IT department. Part I. You can watch and rate.
