Why did the computer stop starting after replacing the RAM?
I bought a RAM, later I found out that one of them was defective, I changed it to absolutely the same (2 strips of 8GB each), but the computer stopped starting.
Fans and cooler are spinning, but nothing is displayed on the screen.
There is a debug indicator on the motherboard, it is lit on the CPU section.
For some reason, the power button stopped burning when starting the PC, I don’t know how important this is, but I’ll mention it just in case.

Well, maybe this one is defective?
Have you used two sticks on this computer before? Maybe a slot.
And how many memory slots are on the board, 2 or 4? If 4, then try to bet in other slots.
Usually after replacing the memory, you have to wait a bit. Until the BIOS sets its settings there
Either the memory is incompatible, but for this a sound signal should be output
Or the bar is not working, then there should be sound again
there was a similar situation, several times I changed the straps in places, oddly enough it helped. In general, you need to look at the characteristics of the motherboard ..
