Why does the signal periodically disappear on the second monitor?

A 2nd monitor, Windows 10 Pro is connected to the ASUS VivoBook X571GT-BQ037 laptop (Intel Core i7 9750H, nVidia GeForce GTX 1650 (Intel UHD 630), 16 GB RAM). Periodic (and with a different period) the signal on the monitor disappears (turns black), literally for 2-3 seconds, and everything becomes normal. Drivers are available for both Intel UHD 630 and nvidia. Moreover, the nVidia control panel shows that the monitors (external and built-in) are connected to the Intel UHD 630.
What can be done about this?

You may hit the cable due to interruptions in the operation of the second monitor.
