Google Search Console gives an error "Access to the submitted URL is blocked in the robots.txt file", despite the fact that the main one for indexing is not closed in the robots file itself. And GSC says that access to the main page of the site is closed.

How can this be resolved?
The error itself has been hanging for more than a month, re-checking the results does not give.

The solution hid in a completely different place: the WP Security plugin, Block fake Googlebots option. After turning it off, everything fell into place.
