Where did someone else's site appear in Search Console (google), blocked resources?

Today I went to the Search Console to see how things are going there, and in the "Blocked resources" section I found someone else's site (underlined in red). Can you please explain where it came from?

Just a guess - the site was abandoned and a malicious script was placed, which gave such an effect according to statistics.
