But, before getting into the legal jungle with head and legs, I would like to test the viability of the
idea without problems (for example, as we have Qiwi / Ya.wallet) I am

In the Russian Federation, an individual can be accepted via paypal = 3.9% standard commission + 1-2% additional commission for cross-border payment + 4-5% you will lose on converting other currencies into rubles (Paypal gives a bad conversion rate)

If you register as an individual entrepreneur / LLC, you can connect to Alfabank to accept payments in other currencies with conversion into rubles at the Central Bank rate - a commission of about 4%. They support 30+ currencies for which there is an official exchange rate of the Central Bank. You can also connect through their partner Cloudpayments, they have more options for integration and good conversion
